As a Bachelor in Alternative Systems of Medicines, I understand the importance of practicing meditation to experience a balanced, healthy life. This is why, after spending many years studying different meditation techniques –Trascendental Meditation, Buddhist Meditation, Reiki Meditation, Osho Meditation, Falun Dafa Meditation, Vipassana Meditation– I decided to create a model of my own, that would fit busy business people's lifestyles, and promote health and wellness daily.

My Story

During the thirteen years I spent working in the corporate world, I experienced stress, multiple illnesses including sleep disturbances, migraines, gastritis, constant bad mood, and lack of energy.

In 2005, as part of a personal quest, I discovered Trascendental Meditation, and started practicing daily. It took me some time, but eventually I learned how to give my meditation practice enough time and space to help me slow down, become more aware of my choices, and think of my-Self first. In time, it became so important for me, that even when I had to travel to other countries for work, I would step away from meetings and other responsibilities if their time was in conflict with my meditation practice. Because it took very little time of my day and I needed no special equipment, it was easy and safe to practice everywhere, and it became my happy place.

Afterwards, I started learning other meditation techniques, like Falun Dafa, Vipassana, and Buddhist meditation. It helped me change my perspective of things and remain at peace under difficult circumstances. Eventually, I integrated all of these teachings and my own personal experience, creating a technique that worked for me and my hectic, demanding schedule.

In 2008, I started teaching this new technique to people who, like me, had very busy schedules and were looking for positive changes in their lifestyle. Since then, I've had the honor of teaching hundreds of people worldwide, both individually and in groups.

My approach

The ancient art of meditation as a mental discipline is one of the best ways to step inside yourself and focus your mind on your journey, from a soul perspective.

Inside is where your health, wisdom, and strength resides, it is the door to your true Self.

Because meditation is the fastest, safest, easiest way to align your Self with Source, many people around the world practice it daily to live in joy, wealth, and peace, which contributes to their health and wellbeing.

When practiced regularly, meditation can result in many levels of healing and wellbeing, as it clarifies your mind and brings you back to the present, where limitless possibilities are available for you.

You are an infinite being, full of potential and resources to live this life to your highest intentions.

Tapping within will allow you to connect with complete and utmost clarity with who you are and what are you here to experience, along with resourceful solutions to help you sort situations you perceive as difficult. Anything less will get you somewhere short of the truth you seek.

Your highest possibility in meditation, is getting to know what truth feels like at soul level, a feeling unmatched by any other human feeling, which relates to the experience of faith. Knowing truth during meditation will enable you to process information at the highest level of understanding, a level that brings the clarity that nothing that is meant for you is beyond your reach.

When practiced regularly, your inner reality, the one you access through meditation, becomes your first reality, upon which your daily life serves your soul unto completion of its mission.

Changes don’t happen overnight, as every person has its own pace for experiencing, learning, and expanding. This is why I have created a meditation methodology that adapts to each of her clients, which she divides in three levels for easier understanding.

I started teaching meditation in 2008. Since then, I have taught hundreds of people how to step back inside, reach their true Self, and joyfully recreate their destiny.

Working together you will remember that you are pure love sourcing itself from universal consciousness, and as the magnificent being you are, you will remember your soul journey has a very important purpose for your soul and those around you.

Difficulty is impermanent, so are good times. These are needed for your soul to expand. Integrating meditation as a regular practice will help you sort out a path that is good for you, through ups and downs, so you can complete the mission you set for your soul with ease and a sense of safety.
