How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go?

"Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." ~said Alice.

What about you? Are you a dreamer, a visionary, a mindful creator?

This morning, a meditation student asked me how would our classes help her develop empowerment...

Without meditation, you live an illusion you call reality, which is based in the appearance of things.

You learned things are a certain way, so for you, that’s how they are.

Very much like opening a Russian doll, meditation allows you to connect with the reality beneath that reality.

By journeying within, you realize you are nothing, and in experiencing nothingness, you remember you are everything.

We need to go beyond our senses to stand in this alternate reality, long enough to recreate our understanding from that vantage point.

The physical universe we believe to know is in essence non-physical. Time and space are just constructs in this nothingness.

Which means everything around you is pure abstract potential, waiting for your undivided attention to manifest.

Your brain processes infinite amount of information per second, which means there is much more for you than what you are perceiving.

Maybe some of you judge Alice as naive for believing in impossible things. If so, you probably aren't the type who would chase a rabbit down its hole, are you?

But then, maybe, you are the one ready to go all the way down the rabbit hole, in search for the adventure of a lifetime, are you?
