You may have been conditioned to believe somebody is going to come and help you when you are in distress, show you the way when you are stuck in trying times, fulfil your unmet needs, or some version of save you.
What you weren’t told is who that person is.
When you see life as happening to you, rather than for you, you believe in the need to avoid danger, and so you hope someone else, someone you consider superior, will face danger for you, so you can survive.
But what if I told you there is a reality beyond the reality you perceive as dangerous? That this other reality is based in Love and good things for you?
You have a choice in how you perceive reality and how you act in every given situation. Nobody can take that away from you.
When you choose to trust and follow your inner knowing, your gut feeling, instead of allowing fear and your survival instincts to determine your choices, previous outcomes give way to new, unexpected, better outcomes.
And you start to allow room for Love to do its magic —which is not really magical, but the natural effect after a change in course.
The more you trust your-Self, the more your life proves you right.
And eventually, it hits you.
You no longer need to prove your worth to anybody. Or wait for anybody. You understand everyone is entitled to live by their own values. If someone resonates with you and appreciates you for who you are, with your achievements, your flaws, and your needs, great. If not, you know you are free to look for those who do.
It is in this moment when you realise you are the one you were waiting for.
You realise you’re stronger than you thought and you can do everything you set up for, even making your wildest dreams come true.
Eventually, you start realising your dreams were not wild enough, so you start setting up even bigger, brighter, more amazing dreams, which you never even considered.
Because now you know, in your bones, what you’re made of, there is no going back, only forward, to that amazing future you know you can build for your-Self because it is your birthright, because that is why you came here, because joy is inevitable.
