Your body can heal everything!

Can you remember the first time you got bruised, or cut? Remember how fast you healed? And how in time every trace of the bruise and cut “magically” disappeared?


Your body is alive; and, in its immense wisdom and love for you, adapts to all your thoughts, emotions, and actions, so you can have the life you dream of.


Your body loves you. It works 24/7 to keep you healthy and happy. It is your best friend in this journey. Are you taking good care of it?


When you feed your body happy thoughts, happy feelings, and happy actions, your body adapts to the love behind them.

When you feed your body angry, sad, guilty, or resentful thoughts, your body adapts to the fear behind them.


Your physical body exists in a material reality, so it also adapts to time and space limitations. This means it can only contain certain amount of what you feed it with for a certain period of time.


Life exists in constant movement. That is why you think a thought and then, it leaves you; you experience a feeling, an emotion, and then, it leaves you; you do something, and then you do something else. This is the natural order of things.


Every time you hold on to a thought, or an emotion, or something you did, like when there is trauma, you are bottling the fear behind them inside your body.


When your body has reached its maximum fear capacity, and you keep asking it to hold more in, it looks for ways to pour out some first, to be able to do it.


This is how your body adapts. This “pouring out” is what you call sickness.


You haven’t been taught this, you do it unconsciously, no shame or guilt here.


Bringing this awareness into alignment with your choices, and learning how to listen to your body, is one of the first steps you will take when we work together.


When you remember you can own your well-being naturally, you will feel so empowered and free, that you will focus on making more and more healthy choices and sharing them with those around you.
