Mind-body healing

What if I told you that you are creating every bit of your reality, as a reflection of what is happening inside of you? —you are that powerful! 💪🏻


Whenever you think a thought, an emotion follows, and based on that you take action.


Emotions are designed to permeate your whole body during an experience, and then, leave, so you can have the next experience.


Because of past conditioning, sometimes you choose to hold on to an emotion, for example resentment, or guilt, so your body has to find a place where to bottle it up for you, until you are ready to let it go.


Your body keeps bottling up all of these emotions to the best of its ability, until it wears out. When you can no longer hold more of an emotion, your body looks for ways to let it out. This is what you call sickness.


Because your emotions follow your thoughts, when there has been trauma, you project that same situation in your reality, over and over again, so you can heal the emotions associated with the thought.


So you see, with the help of your body, you are creating your reality, both in a conscious and unconscious way.


This is why, given the right conditions, within the right environment, the intelligence of your body can heal itself. You just need to pay attention to what it is telling you.


You are meant to create the life you dream of. The only one stopping you from it, is you.
